I spoke to my contact at Timbren, I explained your situation and they said that in your situation you could go ahead and use the Timbren System part # TFR250SDF. The mounting bracket is the same as the # TFR250SDG with the only difference being the 1 inch spacer included with the # TFR250SDF.

It does appear your 2012 Ford F-350 has a hitch installed in it. It's hard to identify by looking at the sides of the brackets that you sent in a picture of, but if you check out the picture I attached you can see what the OEM rail kit pucks would look like if they were present on your truck. Since you said there are "screws in the bed" I believe that is what you are referring to.

I recommend getting a backup camera as it will save you a lot of time and hassle, I remember when I used to get in and out of my Tahoe 4-5 times just to get the ball lined up or make sure I'm clearing whatever obstacle is in my way when backing up. The best option is to use the correct hitch for the correct trailer and avoid using an adapter. The 5th wheel to gooseneck adapters, for the most part can be hard on the frame of a 5th wheel. Certain frame manufacturers will void the frame warranty if an adapter is used, but Lippert who is probably the largest frame manufacturer out there says that the Reese Goosebox is an approved method of towing a 5th wheel trailer with a gooseneck hitch without causing undue stress on the frame.

The difference between Curt 5th wheel trailer hitch installation kits # C16424-104 and # C16424-204 is just the finish of the rails. This sounds like a situation that a suspension enhancement would do wonders for. Even though you're using a great weight distribution system, sometimes it's not enough to remove all of the squat when towing a heavy trailer.
